Nurse Educator
Christy Abrams is a Registered Nurse, certified in Obstetrics. With 14 years of Labor and Delivery experience in a Level IV hospital, she has encountered diverse birth experiences.
Teaching Childbirth Education, Baby Care, Breastfeeding, and Spinning Babies Parent Classes for the past 10 years, Christy is passionate about content while delivering information in an entertaining and customized fashion.
Currently working in postpartum as an IBCLC, Christy assists new families with establishing feeding routines and educates them on normal newborn behavior that can make the transition so much smoother.
DR. SARAH SCIMEME
Psychologist
Dr. Scimeme has a passion for working with pregnant and postpartum women. She has conducted research on postpartum depression, avoidant style of coping, and bonding difficulties. Adding further to her already extensive education, she has completed an evidenced-based training program in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders through Postpartum Support International.
