Let's Pump
Approximately 91% of women who breastfeed will use a pump at some point in their feeding journey—yet most receive little guidance on how pumps work, the different types available, proper flange sizing, and when and how long to pump. This 90-minute class is designed to take the mystery out of pumping and help you feel confident and prepared for every session.
Building a Better Birth Plan
We hear a lot about birth plans, advocating for yourself, and preparing for labor—but do you really know what goes into creating a birth plan? In this 90-minute class, we’ll explore common preferences and interventions, how to communicate effectively with your provider, and how real-life scenarios can impact your plan.
Led by Christy, a Labor and Delivery nurse with over 17 years of experience in both high-risk and birth center settings, this class will guide you toward realistic expectations and help you approach your birth with confidence—ultimately enhancing your overall satisfaction with the experience.
