Childbirth Part 1 will help you and your partner to understand the stages and phases of labor and pain management. This class will cover: - True vs. false labor - When to go to the hospital - What to expect as labor progresses - Comfort measures for labor and pain medication options

Cancellation Policy
We understand pregnancy can be unpredictable. We will refund cancellations up to 48 hours before a class. If a class needs to be rescheduled, we will try our best to provide education prior to delivery. In cases where a baby is born before the class can be completed a 50% refund will be given or the class payment can be used towards an in-home baby care consult (upcharge applies) or an in-home lactation consultation (upcharge applies.
